1. Don't Miss The Sunrise

Take advantage of the beach and fresh ocean air when it's peaceful in the morning and get moving.  Soak in the stunning hues at sunrise, and take a moment of gratitude. All our Retreats include 3 healthy meals a day and one snack, with a wide variety or choice and different styles or dietary requirements, so you can listen to your intuition and practice eating mindfully. Eat in a family style environment and savor the moment and the food while on your Retreat. 7. Take time to Relax!

Give yourself a break. Rest and restoration is a necessary part of your fitness journey and stops you from getting burnt out.  Make sure that you allow yourself time away from working out, too. Whether it’s taking in the sunset over the jungle on Amansala's rooftop, or grabbing drinks with friends from our deck looking out over the Ocean, those breaks are essential for your wellbeing and to reach your fitness goals during your stay.
